Using the Search Bar
Entering a key term or a query in the search bar will fetch relevant results in a dropdown and list them under Tickets, Service Items, or Solutions.
A snippet of the result will get displayed with the keyword highlighted allowing you to skim through quickly and click on the most relevant result.
