Netfolder – How to Reconnect

1. Open File Explorer.

2. Right-click This PC (or Computer) and select Properties.

3. Note the Device Name.

4. On the ANSI Server or POS:

Open File Explorer.
Type \\(Device Name)\Netfolder in the address bar.
Press Enter.

Other Netfolder Troubleshooting

Ensure that the ANSI server, POS, and Email PC are connected to the internet.
On the Email PC:
- Search for Firewall.

Open Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security.
Click Windows Defender Firewall Properties.

Under the Domain Profile, Private Profile, and Public Profile tabs, set Firewall State to Off.

Click Apply, then OK.
